Elegant Summer Punch
Barbara served this delicious punch at a bridal shower & it was a hit.
3 - 3 oz packages Apricot gelatin
2 - 46 oz cans pineapple juice
16 oz fresh lemon juice
4 cups granulated sugar
1 oz almond extract
2 liter Ginger Ale
Dissolve gelatin in 9 cups boiling water. Melt sugar in 4 cups warm water. Combine all of the remaining ingredients EXCEPT the ginger ale. Stir well.
Allow to freeze overnight.
Before serving, allow to thaw until slushy then add the Ginger Ale.
